Winter Duathlon Series 2009/2010
The dates for the next MPH Winter Duathlon Series, sponsored by Run4It, have been confirmed.
The Inverurie Duathlon is on the 22nd November 2009, Westhill Duathlon on the 17th January 2010, with the Bennachie Mountain Bike Duathlon on the 21st February 2010, and the Knockburn Duathlon on the 4th April 2010.
Entry fees are £15 for a Race Licence Holder and £18 for a non-member. Online entry will be available in due course, with the Aberdeenshire Council website.
A electronic copy of the Entry Form can be downloaded by clicking THIS link, allowing you to print out and send in.

Huntly Standard & Sprint Results - Sunday 20th September 2009
The results from today's Standard and Sprint triathlons are now up on the site.
With an excellent turnout of 160 turning up, a full entry, Huntly proved as ever to be popular event and attracted entrants from across Scotland.
Thanks to everyone who attended and took part in the final race if the 2009 summer series. Keep a look out on the site for details of the Winter Duathlon series, and any other events.

Banff Triathlon Aquathon - Sunday 23rd August 2009
The results from today's event are now up on the site.
Due to gale force winds, reaching upwards of 30mph out on the course, today's triathlon was cut down to an aquathon, with the cycle being replaced with an additional 5k onto the run, making it a 750m swim and 10k run.
Despite this change everyone seemed to enjoy themselves, with the run not as bad as first feared. Thanks to everyone for putting up with the change at the last minute.
The next and final triathlon of the series is on Sunday 20th September at Huntly, with both a Sprint and Standard event available.

Westhill Short & Sprint Results - Sunday 16th August 2009
The results from today's Short and Sprint triathlons are now up on the site.
With an excellent turnout of 110 starting and finishing the race, Westhill proved a popular event and, despite the torrential downpour half an hour before the race started, the weather was also kind to us.
Thanks to everyone who came along and made another race enjoyable. Hopefully we'll see most of you again in Banff in a weeks time.

Alford Short & Team Results - Sunday 2nd August 2009
The results from today's Short and Team triathlon are now up on the site.
With a good turnout of 63 finishing the race, although this was down on recent years due to not being part of the Scottish Youth Championship.
Thanks to everyone for coming along and making the race an enjoyable one. We had a few young and new triathletes today, which was good to see, and ensures a good future for the series.

Peterhead Results - Sunday 19th July 2009
The results from today's Sprint triathlon are now up on the site.
The turnout was reasonable, with 37 people taking part in an unusually sunny day in Peterhead. Martin Goodlad was the fastest overall, with Cathy Wyse the first female to cross the line.

One final shout out goes to Colin the Cadet, who turned 18 today and celebrated by standing at Longside on the cycle route today. One triathlete even chose to sing "Happy Birthday" to Colin has he cycled through the town!

With another high turnout, a 50% increase of last year with 90 people finishing the race, Inverurie has become a popular event, and continues the high number of entrants so far this series.

Turriff Results & Entry Form - Sunday 17th May 2009
The results from today's Sprint and Short triathlons are now up on the site.
It was a very successful first triathlon of the series, with a high turnout of 76 for the Sprint and 20 for the Short, much higher than in previous years.

Site Updated - Friday 6th February 2009
Welcome to the MPH Triathlon Series website, now fully updated for the 2009 series.
A new purpley colour has been implimented. Any problems with it, please contact our fashion designer Henry Trotter!
As usual the site features the race schedule and results from every race in the series. There is also a Links page added, allowing you to easily navigate to other useful pages.
Any questions or queries can be emailed to matt@mphtriseries.co.uk and I'll get back to you, or forward you on to the appropriate person, as soon as possible.
Hopefully you'll use this site a lot, and please spread the word. See you at a race this series.

Welcome To The MPH Triathlon Series Site - Friday 14th March 2008
Welcome to the MPH Triathlon Series website, now fully updated for the 2008 series.
A new light blue appearance was in order to freshen things up, any complaints/requests for any further changes to any part of the website may be done so by contacting me.
As usual the site features the race schedule and results from every race in the series. Hoepfully we will add more options for you to look at, but things suchas a gallaery take time and photos to become effective.
The schedule is available now, and changed aren't likely, although keep checking the site just in case. Any updates will be stated in this news section, and in the schedule itself.
Any questions or queries can be emailed to matt@mphtriseries.co.uk and I'll get back to you, or forward you on to the appropriate person, as soon as possible.
